What Testify is
Testify is a set of Go packages for writing tests. The assert package provides assertion functions that take testing.T, return a bool and accept an optional message. The require package offers the same functions but stops the current test on failure. The mock package builds mock objects whose expected calls a test can verify. The suite package runs setup, teardown and test methods on a struct through go test, without support for parallel tests. The project is maintained at v1 and accepts no breaking changes.
