What Selenide is
Selenide is a UI testing framework for Java built on Selenium WebDriver. It is compatible with Selenium WebDriver 4.0 and later. Tests use a fluent API with natural language assertions. It includes handling for ajax-based applications. Plugins cover mobile app testing through Appium, Moon and Selenoid containers, Selenium Grid and video recording. Setup adds selenide.jar to a project and imports static methods from com.codeborne.selenide.Selenide. A Selenide CLI and an MCP server make it usable by AI agents.
