Archived tools

These listed tools pass the inclusion rules, and their repositories are marked archived on the host. Archived tools keep their tool pages and appear in category tables with the archived status.

The host APIs do not report when a repository was archived. Each entry shows the date the archived flag was read and the date of the last commit, sorted by last commit, newest first. Repositories with no commit in 365 days that are not archived have the inactive status and stay in the category tables.
